Providing power from utilities at the lowest rates, leveraging clean green energy, and implementing tools to reduce overall energy usage.
Community Solar leverages solar panels attached to the “grid”, then continues onward to end users (single family homes, larger buildings, etc.)
Companies are being held accountable by their stakeholders to high sustainability standards. Not only is measuring and managing environmental impact important for the sake of the planet, but for the financial bottom line
Did you know 64% of customers are willing to pay more to live in a green community? The demand for eco-friendly communities has never been higher, and both property and asset managers who don’t adopt green practices will struggle to prove their value to potential tenants and capital markets.

Community solar is a way to support solar energy and save on your power bill without installing your own solar panels. Instead, you join a local solar farm. Your neighbors and area businesses can join, too. These solar farms are often built on unused land or on acres of farm land.
Because the panels are housed elsewhere, anyone can join a community solar farm. Compare that to rooftop solar, which is only an option for one-third of US homes.
And nothing changes about how you get your energy. Your same utility company delivers it like normal, so you never have to worry about interruptions in service.
When you join a community solar farm, you’re subscribing to a portion of the total energy that farm produces. Your portion is based on how much energy you use in a typical month. The clean solar energy from the solar panels flows directly into the local power supply for homes and businesses to use. As your solar farm generates electricity, you earn credits on your monthly bill from the utility. Finally, the Community Solar provider directs part of your total power bill to the solar farm, to keep it in business.
We hear “This Sounds too good to be true.” and “What’s the catch?” a lot. – States are encouraging a more widespread use of “Green Energy”. The State and Federal government are funding these programs in which the end user can pay less for their electricity - getting a 10% discount every month. Solar Farms are being built, and their electricity production needs to be placed with end users. There will be a time, when all the capacity of these solar farms is spoken for. Those that can act quickly, can secure a discount.
Absolutely ! Residential accounts can sign up. No fee to join, no monthly fee, and no termination fee at any time. Just a 10% discount off your monthly electricity bill. Please call or e mail to receive a link to enroll.
